Aluminum Perforated Sheet Pan for Commercial Oven Use

These full sheets are designed for commercial oven use and may not fit in standard home ovens, so be sure to measure your oven's interior dimensions to ensure compatibility with this oversized commercial pan. The individual pan dimensions are as follows: interior 17.3 x 25.3 x 1 inches and exterior 18 x 26 x 1 inches.

The perforated Full Sheet is perfect for achieving efficient, even baking of foods that require a crisp outer crust, such as bread, croissants, pastries, dinner rolls, pizza, pretzels, and more. Before using the Naturals® Full Sheet for the first time and after subsequent uses, we recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water. While dishwasher use is not advised, any discoloration that may occur due to the cleaning agents used in automatic dishwasher detergent is purely cosmetic and will not affect the baking properties or safety of the pan. For easy clean-up, hand washing is always recommended.

Additionally, natural aluminum pans work well with parchment paper, silicone baking mats, as well as traditional butter or shortening and flour methods. When roasting savory foods such as vegetables, butter or cooking oil works well, and we recommend using nylon, wood, or silicone utensils to avoid scratching the pan. While metal utensils and scouring pads may cause scratching, they will not affect the baking performance of the pan.

It's important to note that aluminum is reactive to acidic ingredients such as vinegar and tomato products, which may darken, pit, or corrode the pan after prolonged use.
